Return Policy

CUSTOM ITEMS: We do not accept returns on custom items.  If an item has been damaged in shipping, once your claim is filed, we will commence production of your replacement.  If a defect is found, we will arrange a repair or replacement.

STOCK ITEMS: For return of non-custom items ( subject soley at Bluhm With Joy's descretion), there is a 25% restocking fee.

If a product is defective, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS with the manufacturer FOR REPLACEMENT.
